Hair: Brown and dissheveled
Eyes: Brown
Facial Features: 4mm of beard growth
Tattoos: None
Scars, Surgeries and Other Dental and Medical Information: Decedent was edentulous. The lower jaw shows focal superficial erosion and areas of atrophy alternating with areas of hyperkeratosis. The left buttock had a small polypoid lesion with stalk ("skin tag"). The upper abdominal midline had a well-healed 14 cm by 0.3 cm scar.

Clothing and Shoes: Green shirt, grey sweater, brown sweater, jeans, brown socks, black shoes
Personal Effects: With the decedent was a pair of bifocal eyeglasses with a worn out horn rim. In the left front pants pocket is a package of "headache powders."
Other Details: Decedent had been walking on N. 2nd Street drinking a beer when he collapsed. Was found to have severe bronchopneumonia. Autopsy revealed coronary artery disease and fatty changes of the liver.
