Tattoos: Multiple "non-professional tattoos": one on the left lateral arm is a heart with an arrow and the letter "S"; over the flexor aspect of the left forearm, a flower, heart and the name "Tammy"; over the left wrist a dotted line encircling the wrist associated with a triangular tattoo on the dorsum of the left hand; three dots are present over each left knuckle and there is a small "x" in the web between the thumb and first finger; over the right upper arm is the name "Slyvia" and over the right forearm is an indistinct tattoo which is possibly the name "Diane".

Scars, Surgeries and Other Dental and Medical Information: Acne on shoulders and upper back (grey-yellow raised lesions up to 2.0 cm wide)

Jewelry: Grey metal ID bracelet around right wrist inscribed "Jesus Christ 33 A.D.", copper chain bracelet.

Clothing and Shoes: Green sleeveless shirt with a red inscription reading "Thriller", blue jeans (Levi), no underwear, brown socks and black loafer shoes.
