Other Details:Remains consist of skull only. On December 28th, 1995, law enforcement, while responding to an unrelated call, saw the skull of an unidentified victim sitting on a bookshelf. Investigators were told that the skull was given to the homeowner by an individual called "Snake." The homeowner later eluded the police. The individual appears to be the victim of a homicide.
